A little bit of everything
I still have a cold! I can't believe it and I'm growing really tired of it! Worst of all I've kinda lost my voice and am constantly coughing. So today when I had to finish recording the Podcast it was loads of fun as you can imagine. Anyway it's done...
Once again in German of course....this time we focus on Colin Ford and Brock Kelly and the way they played the young versions of the Winchester brothers
WJ#60: After School Special

This cold almost had my tied to the bed most of the week, so I hardly got around to writing my bigbang! *sighs*
But at least I read some more books for research. Oh and I watched 'Kidnapped' (The new BBC version of Stevenson's novel) once again to get into the whole mood. I'd forgotten what a great mini-series it was! And I especially listened up when that old witch spoke in Gaelic...and she even said 'Sassenach'! My heart began to throb at scenes where they spoke about the past and said things like: "When the clans were broken at Culloden"....ahhh....I know I don't want to tackle to political situation in my fiction (god knows I already have more than enough topics to deal with) but knowing me I guess I can't help at least mentioning it.
Already being in a nostalgic mood I came across a website last night that made me squee and cry all at the same time.
So now my question: Does anybody remember MTV's Most Wanted hosted by Ray Cokes at the beginning of the 90s? God I can't say how much I loved that show! I had my first tv crush back then....not Ray though, but Rob the Camerama. First and only time I fell in love with somebody I never saw, only heard. (well except the hands, and those were really sexy).
Now I have to pimp this website, because it has a couple good long clips of the show: MTVs Most Wanted
I've also never really noticed the slash potential of this show! Guess I was still too young at the time. And it was in the dark ages of the internet...I can just imagine what a show like that would get for response on the net nowadays....but then again a show like that is unique and I don't think we'll be seeing something quite like it around so soon *wipes tears away*
