wiccaqueenOkay, so today I'm just here to blow off some steam....I know it's nothing new and I understand it on some level, but give us a BREAK!!!
What I'm talking about? Wincest of course. Yeah the thing were people enjoy reading stories about Sam&Dean as a couple, or like watching videos on it or whatever...I do all of that. Write fanfictions, make videos, even grafics every now and then on wincest. And I have to say that I am sick and tried of people pointing a finger at you and telling you how evil those thoughts are, how worng, and how you'll burn in Hell for it all. Come on! What about freedom of speech? Shouldn't there be a freedom of taste aswell? And he, if you hate wincest stuff so much, then why always seek it out and comment on it in the first place?
I also don't get why certain people can get so annoyed over some innocent photo manips of the two guys kissing. There's nothing sexual in kissing and it's certainly not as explicite as the stuff everyone watches on TV or on the internet. And so what if underaged people view those pics? Are they afraid that it will corrupt them in some way? Newsflash: Gay people are a part of our modernday society! And seeing two guys kiss is something that should be tolerated!
Okay, of course there's the fact that they are brothers. I get it! I'm not normally into incest stuff either, just in this case. But I see it this way: The whole wincest thing came to life because of the great chemistry between the actors, who in real life aren't brothers, as we all know.
And what's the harm in writing wincest stories, or making wincest videos? It's just a genre, like so many others. And that's that.
And one more time, if you hate it that much, then just ignore it!
